BAND APP: We began testing the BAND app for group communications starting with the Camps last summer. BAND is an app that offers enhanced capabilities for sharing information in a band or group setting, with special security features that make it a safe option for students under age 13. It's a great way to get out information, pictures, and announcements without relying on email. We have now rolled out BAND for our Performance Groups. Instructions were sent home with students at the first season rehearsal.
SCHEDULE CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must change your scheduled lesson or rehearsal, please let us know as soon as possible. We need some time to balance class sizes, adjust our instructor’s schedules and provide them with solid expectations for their days and hours. As a reminder, School of Rock USA imposes a 30-day cancellation notice policy for all memberships. You must notify us 30 days in advance of stopping your plan to avoid further billing.
